Adam Lehman began employment with Binkley & Hurst Bros. in 1992 as a parts salesman.  He was given a handwritten list with names and phone numbers of toy collectors.  That was when it all started!  As new toys arrived Adam called his customers, built a rapport with them, and helped keep their collections current.  He had a vision to serve his customers well and thereby grow the toy business.  An advertisement was placed in the Toy Farmer and the phone started ringing.  Farm toys became a full time responsibility for Adam between taking orders, contacting vendors, and shipping toys.  Soon the alloted space in the parts department was out grown and required the toys to be moved to the warehouse "outback" of the dealership.  Thus began the use of the name "Outback Toys".  Full time employees were added to the toy department and toys were shipped world wide.  Several expansions to the toy department occurred, requiring more employees, and the generation of a website.  In September 2005, with Adam at the helm, Outback Toys moved to the current location of 101 W. Lincoln Ave in the heart of Lititz.  That location expanded in 2008 to increase the floor space to over 6,000 square feet of farm toys.  Adam still leads the team of Outback Toys staff as their manager.

Outback Toys continues to pride itself in customer service and ships farm toys to collectors and dealers across the globe.
