here. Our hope is that you enjoy our
large variety of both die-cast collectibles & gift items which represent
both in-stock items & items that are “forth-coming.” Upon placing an order
with us, it is our goal to ship your order as fast, safe & careful as
possible. Please understand that we have
a high volume of orders and it may take a couple days to process your order
before we can ship. We take pride in how
we pack your purchase, and fully understand the importance of trying to protect
items when they are being shipped.
Upon placing an order with us, we will do our best to
present the options to you should your order not be able to be shipped
completely. Occasionally, we will
temporarily run out of stock of an item due to higher demands and timing of
restock shipments. If an item is on
backorder, or simply not released yet, we will notify you by email or telephone
to see how you would like it shipped. Some
customers prefer to have all items shipped “together” to save on shipping
charges, others prefer to have items “grouped” or shipped as they come. All orders that are being held or awaiting
completion will NOT be charged to their credit card until we ship. Any Preorders
you would like to place will also NOT be charged until we ship.
Please Note: OUTBACK TOYS is NOT responsible for any errors,
whether it be pricing or descriptive listings. We strive to keep our site up to
date, but in the event an item is sold out or out of stock, we reserve the
right to cancel any submitted order, or properly adjust the price or freight
charge of any given order.
Once you place an order, it will be processed and shipped
within (3) business days, provided all purchased items are in stock. All drop-ship items and specialty orders from
other manufacturers do not apply. Due to
high volume during the months of October through December, we may be
experiencing increased shipping times.
Our primary shipping carrier is UPS, but we do offer
shipping services by FedEx and U.S. Mail (USPS) as well. If you order a small, light item your order
may be shipped by USPS Priority Mail if it is in your best interest to ship for
All Express Air packages will be processed and shipped as
soon as possible, however, it may not be the same day as ordered. Please call if you need your order shipped
the same day. To ensure your request is met, you must call before 12 noon EST
if you NEED your package shipped that day.
If you place an order on Thursday after 12 Noon EST or a
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday you may not get a response back until the beginning
of the next week.
International orders are accepted. When you submit your
order online, you will find that your shipping cost is “$0.01”. That is because our warehouse team is going
to get your order packed up first so we can get you an accurate shipping quote.
Then one of the members of our sales staff will be in contact with you as soon
as possible to make you aware of your shipping options. Keep in mind:
Your order will NOT be billed and shipped until you select and
approve your preferred shipping option.
Accepted payments include Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
Paypal, or Money Order. We do not accept
American Express. Payments must be made
in US Dollars ($) - no other currencies will be accepted. Please note all
quotes are in US dollar, you are responsible for knowing the conversion rate in
which you will be charged relative to your currency. Since we only charge items as they are
shipped, the rate of exchange is locked in at the time your order is shipped,
and not when the order is placed.
We use 3 shipping methods to Canada. US Mail, DHL and UPS. UPS is
the “preferred” method due to overall transit time and value. If you choose to
have your order shipped via UPS or DHL, your applicable HST/PST will be added on your invoice,
however there will be no additional fees once the package is shipped from our
facility. With DHL & UPS Canada, there are NO
“brokerage fees.” All your shipping charges will be quoted and billed upfront
and your order delivered right to your door!
Outback Toys is not responsible for Tariffs or Duties owed
on packages received by our customers.
Outback Toys will not lower item value on customs form.
