Shipping Speed |
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (maybe longer in the months of Oct -Dec because of volume of orders). Our primary shipping carrier is UPS, but we will also ship by US mail or Fedex. If you order a small, light item your order may be shipped by US mail Priority Mail if it is significantly cheaper. All UPS Air packages will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, but it may not be the same day as ordered. Please call if you need your order shipped the same day as the order is placed. You must call before 12 noon EST if you NEED your package shipped that day.
** Concerning UPS “Air Charges”– Next day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Air select: All of these services are available, but please understand that the freight charge the web quotes is likely to be inaccurate. Air freight charges are based on the dimension of packages, the web store can only calculate based on weight, so often the dimensional size is higher thus making the charge higher than what is quoted on the web. Please feel free to use the Air services, however you are subject to whatever the charges may be even if higher. If you want to know exactly before ordering, you will need to email us or place the order and wait for us to get back to you with the actual charges. The price of the item in no way effects the shipping cost of that item (except for it may increase cost of insurance for the parcel). Insurance is included in the price of UPS or Fedex Shipping cost.
