Outback Toys! We have a large variety of both die-cast collectibles & gift items which represent both in-stock items & items that are “forth-coming”. This could potentially present a choice for you when ordering. Should an item be on backorder, or simply not released yet, we will notify you by email or telephone to see how you would like it shipped. Some customers prefer to have all items shipped “together” to save on shipping charges, others prefer to have items “grouped” or shipped as they come. Upon placing an order with us, we will do our best to present the options to you should your order not be able to be shipped completely.
It is our goal to ship your order as fast as possible, yet safely & carefully. Please understand that we have a high volume of orders and it may take a couple days to process your order before we can ship. We take pride in how we pack your purchase, and fully understand the importance of trying to protect items when they are being shipped.
All orders that are being held or awaiting completion will NOT be charged to their credit card until we ship. Any Pre-orders you would like to place will also NOT be charged until we ship. Any checks or money orders will be cashed upon receipt.
We do offer COD through UPS, however UPS charges $10.00 over and above the freight charge. ALL COD orders will be sent requiring a Money Order or Cashier’s Check. Personal checks will not be accepted.

Your order will ship out with in 2-3 business days upon receipt and clearance of your check
Cancellation Policy:
In the event a customer wants to cancel an existing order, there may or may not be a cancellation fee.
~ If the order is still pending, there is no fee to cancel an item.
~If stock has been received and the credit card has been charged, then a service fee will be deducted off the credit.
~This fee will be 3% of total amount charged, with a Minimum $5.00 Fee
~This fee covers both the fees we incur when we charge and then credit a cancelled order.
~If Order has been processed and packed in the Warehouse it may not be possible to cancel that order.
~If Order has been Shipped then All Return Fees will be at the Customers Expense.
~No returns of DVD's, VHS's, or Books for credit or refund.
Weekend Orders:
If you place an order on Thursday after 12 Noon EST or a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday you may not get a response back until the beginning of the next week.

Concerning UPS “Air Charges”–
Next day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Air select: All of these services are available, just please understand that the freight charge the web quotes is likely to be inaccurate. Air freights are actually based on dimension of package, the web store can only calculate based on weight, so often the dimensional size is higher thus making the charge higher than what is quoted on the web. Please feel free to use the Air services, however
you are subject to what the charges may be even if higher. If you want to know exactly before ordering, you will need to email us or place the order and wait for us to get back to you with the actual charges.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders are accepted. Exact shipping costs are charged based on package weight. To find out exact shipping costs, please email toy order numbers to us and we can then figure shipping costs. All orders must be paid by either credit card or money order in US funds. Orders may be placed by fax, mail or email.
