We have a large variety of both die-cast collectibles & gift items which represent both in-stock items & items that are “forth-coming”.  Should an item be on backorder, or simply not released yet, we will notify you by email or telephone to see how you would like it shipped. Some customers prefer to have all items shipped “together” to save on shipping charges, others prefer to have items “grouped” or shipped as they come. Upon placing an order with us, we will do our best to present the options to you should your order not be able to be shipped completely.
It is our goal to ship your order as fast as possible, yet safely & carefully. Please understand that we have a high volume of orders and it may take a couple days to process your order before we can ship. We take pride in how we pack your purchase, and fully understand the importance of trying to protect items when they are being shipped.
All orders that are being held or awaiting completion will NOT be charged to their credit card until we ship. Any Pre-orders you would like to place will also NOT be charged until we ship. Any checks or money orders will be cashed upon receipt.

We strive to keep our site up to date, but in the event an item is sold out or out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel any submitted order, or properly adjust the price or freight charge of any given order.

Weekend Orders:
If you place an order on Thursday after 12 Noon EST or a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday you may not get a response back until the beginning of the next week.

 Store Hours:    Monday -Friday 8am-5pm
   Saturday   8am-12pm
   NO Sunday hours

Extended Holiday Hours:  Thursdays in Nov & Dec.  8am-8pm (excluding Nov 25 & Dec 30).  Open 6am on Nov. 26th.
