Shipping cost is based on item weight and size. Dimensional Weight charges may apply for larger packages. The retail price of any given item in no way effects the shipping cost of that item (with the exception of applicable cost of insurance for the package). Insurance is included in the price of UPS Shipping. Insurance may be extra for shipments by USPS. All package rerouting or return charges related to errors made when entering a shipping address for online orders are at the Customer's responsibility.
Next day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Express Air services are available. However, the freight charge quoted at checkout online may not be accurate. While our website calculates freight cost based on item weight, Air Freight charges are based on the dimensions of packages. Often times, because the dimensional size is higher, final Air Freight charge can be higher than what is quoted on our website. Please feel free to use the Air Freight services; however, your order is subject to the actual charges based on package dimensions if it is higher than what was calculated by our website. Upon placing an order with us, we will do our best to present the options to you should your order not be able to be shipped completely. Occasionally, we will temporarily run out of stock of an item due to higher demands and timing of restock shipments. If an item is on backorder, or simply not released yet, we will notify you by email or telephone to see how you would like it shipped. Some customers prefer to have all items shipped “together” to save on shipping charges, others prefer to have items “grouped” or shipped as they come. All orders that are being held or awaiting completion will NOT be charged to their credit card until we ship. Any Preorders you would like to place will also NOT be charged until we ship.

We strive to keep our site up to date, but in the event an item is sold out or out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel any submitted order, or properly adjust the price or freight charge of any given order.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING SPEED
Once you place an order, it will be processed and shipped within (3) business days, provided all purchased items are in stock. All drop-ship items and specialty orders from other manufacturers do not apply. Due to high volume during the months of October through December, we may be experiencing increased shipping times.
Our primary shipping carrier is UPS, but we do offer shipping services via U.S. Mail (USPS) as well. If you order a small, light item, your order may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail if it is in your best interest to ship for less.
PREMIUM EXPRESS SHIPPING
All Express Air packages will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. However, Express Air packages are not guaranteed to leave the same day as ordered. If you need your Express Air order to be shipped the same day as ordered, please call us Monday through Friday at 888-414-4705 before 12:00pm ET to ensure your request is met.
Please note: Express Air packages do not deliver on weekends. Please only count business days when considering transit times.
If you place an order after 12:00pm ET on a Thursday, or at any time on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you may not receive order updates until the beginning of the following week.
