This website is not able to handle these forms of payment at this time. Please make your Check or Money Order out to Outback Toys. Be sure your Name & Phone # is clearly printed on your Check or Money order. Please include your Order # in the Memo of your Check or Money order. Shipping cost is based on item weight and size. Dimensional Weight charges may apply for larger packages. The price of the item in no way effects the shipping cost of that item (except for it may increase cost of insurance for the parcel). Insurance is included in the price of FedEx or UPS Shipping cost. It may be extra for shipments by USPS. Customers assume all package rerouting or return charges related to errors on shipping addresses entered in web orders.
In regard to Express “Air Charges”– Next day, 2nd Day, 3 Day: All of these services are available, however the freight charge displayed for web quotes may be inaccurate. Air freight charges are based on the dimension of packages, the web store will calculate costs based on weight. Often times, the dimensional size is higher, thus making the charge higher than what is quoted on the web. Please feel free to use the Air services, however your order is subject to the actual charges if higher. Upon placing an order with us, we will do our best to present the options to you should your order not be able to be shipped completely. Occasionally, we will temporarily run out of stock of an item due to higher demands and timing of restock shipments. If an item is on backorder, or simply not released yet, we will notify you by email or telephone to see how you would like it shipped. Some customers prefer to have all items shipped “together” to save on shipping charges, others prefer to have items “grouped” or shipped as they come. All orders that are being held or awaiting completion will NOT be charged to their credit card until we ship. Any Preorders you would like to place will also NOT be charged until we ship.

We strive to keep our site up to date, but in the event an item is sold out or out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel any submitted order, or properly adjust the price or freight charge of any given order.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING SPEED
Once you place an order, it will be processed and shipped within (3) business days, provided all purchased items are in stock. All drop-ship items and specialty orders from other manufacturers do not apply. Due to high volume during the months of October through December, we may be experiencing increased shipping times.
Our primary shipping carrier is UPS, but we do offer shipping services by FedEx and U.S. Mail (USPS) as well. If you order a small, light item your order may be shipped by USPS Priority Mail if it is in your best interest to ship for less.
PREMIUM EXPRESS SHIPPING
All Express Air packages will be processed and shipped as soon as possible, however, it may not be the same day as ordered. Please call if you need your order shipped the same day. To ensure your request is met, you must call before 12 noon EST if you NEED your package shipped that day.
If you place an order on Thursday after 12 Noon EST or a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday you may not get a response back until the beginning of the next week.
