Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

All regularly stocked items may be returned to us if in brand new condition and in original packaging. All returns must be approved by Outback Toys within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate and seek approval for a return, please contact us at 1-888-414-4705 or support@outbacktoys.com. At that time, our team will create a return authorization for eligible returns and will give you specific instructions for returning your item(s) to Outback Toys. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), your original method of payment will be credited for the amount paid for the item(s).

Any return postage fees for a standard return or exchange are the responsibility of the Customer submitting the requestFor international returns, the Customer assumes all responsibility for applicable brokerage fees, duties and taxes. These fees may be applied after the return has been completed.

DVDs, books, video games, Bent & Dent (B&D) items and certain other items are not eligible for return. Return of any of these items for credit or refund will not be accepted. B&D items are sold as-is and are not returnable or refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

Upon receiving your order, please open your package to 1) inspect all items for any damages or defects, and 2) confirm that no items are missing from your package. Should your order arrive with any damaged or defective items, or if your package is missing any items, please contact our team at 1-888-414-4705 or support@outbacktoys.com within 10 days of receiving your order to report these issues. Please do not throw out any damaged items or item packaging. Please note: Pictures of any damage may be requested to assist with the resolution process.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse your package at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately. This gives us the opportunity to find a solution together with you and offers an awareness that your package is returning to us. After inspecting the item(s) in your package upon their return, your payment method will be refunded the cost of the item(s) ordered less any return postage fees (pending the condition of the returned items). If you refused your package due to excessive damage to the outer packaging, please kindly communicate this with us.
